• What types of checks and inspections should be included in cable installation?

Our templates include dozens of checks and inspections, but generally, you should conduct inspections and checks before installation– focusing on quality of materials, route inspections, and calculations checks, during installation– focusing on conduit / tray installation, earthing, cable identification, routing, and recording, checking for bends and pulling method, and finally, after the installation– focusing on conducting test such as nsulation resistance, continuity, polarity, withstand voltage test, earth resistance, loop impedance, and other. In this stage, you should also check that all the documentation correctly maps out the cables and you should visually inspect the final product.
